I received the wrong item in my package & I wrote an email to let them know & within 48 hours the correct item was sent to me. No hassel. The customer service was very responsive & fixed the mistake immediately. Not to mention the quality of clothes is great. My daughter loves her sweatshirt. I will be buying from them again. I recently purchased the Halloween blanket and it is SO comfy. I’ve also ordered a hoodie & crewneck from here too! I’ve been on the edge about the cost but wow do I love the products I’ve ordered and they are worth every penny! Personally I love that this is a family owned company too that does have high quality products! It’s so hard not to keep shopping! Also, hopefully the Halloween blanket comes back in stock, my mom even loved the blanket and wanted to buy one herself!
