How does the adult sweatshirt sizing run?
Our crewneck and hooded sweatshirts are both unisex and run true to size.
For crewneck and hooded sweatshirts, we suggest ordering the next size up only if you prefer an oversized fit.
Heavyweight sweatshirts run large, we would suggest sizing down unless you prefer an oversized fit.
How does the adult t-shirt sizing run?
Our unisex t-shirts run true to unisex t-shirt sizing. If dried on high heat (not recommended) they might shrink a little.
Our women's fitted t-shirts run small, order a size larger than you normally wear in unisex t-shirt sizing. If dried on high heat (not recommended) they might also shrink a little.
How does children's sizing run?
Children's sizing runs true to size.
If your child is in between sizes (i.e. wears a 3t and you want a natural tee which only comes in even sizing of 2 and 4), we suggest ordering the next size up.
What are your care instructions?
For longevity of the print, machine wash inside out, with cold water and mild detergent. Hang to dry (RECOMMENDED) or tumble dry inside out on the lowest heat setting. Do not use bleach or iron directly on the design. NOTE: A pre-treatment solution is used on our colored prints before the printing process takes place. This process bonds the ink with the fabric. If you notice a slightly sticky, shiny or darker area on your clothing, it is from the pre-treatment and will wash out.
Hats with leather patches: Do not machine wash, spot treat only.
Crochet items: Machine wash on a delicate cycle with mild detergent, lay flat to dry.
What is your shop turnaround time?
We take great pride in ensuring our customers receive the highest quality items. All of our items are made to order after your order has been placed. The custom nature of our items takes time to create. Please allow us up to 2 weeks to process your order. During peak seasons orders can take a little longer (thank you for your patience!). Once an order has processed, delivery time can vary from 2-5 days depending on location and the shipping speed you selected at checkout. After your order has processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains USPS tracking details. Changing your shipping speed does not change our turnaround time. What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer store credit for returns and exchanges. The customer is responsible for return shipping. If you wish to exchange your item(s), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item(s) via e-mail at email@example.com
You will receive a reply with exchange instructions. We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or you may return your item(s) for store credit. Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and returned to us in the way they were sent. All discounted items, custom name items, or custom made products are final sale.
If you wish to exchange your item:
-Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org for an exchange form and instructions.
-Please do NOT return items before getting authorization by email.
-The customer is responsible for return shipping.
-Exchanges must include the exchange form you received via email.
If you don’t have access to a printer, you can write out the information from the exchange form but all information must be included.
Damaged, Incorrect, Missing Items - If your item is damaged upon receipt, please let us know and provide a photo of the damaged item and we will provide a replacement. If you received an incorrect item or are missing an item please let us know and we will correct it.
Items returned smelling of smoke, perfume, have pet hair, appear to be not clean, or appear to have been worn will not be accepted for returns/exchanges. Items need to be returned in the same condition as received.
Exchanges can take up to 14 business days to process but we work through them as fast as possible! Some delays may occur during busy seasons.

What are your shipping methods and times?
All products sold in our store include free domestic shipping if spending over $200. All orders are shipped from Virginia Beach, VA. Any delivery dates provided by Aspen + Company are estimates. Aspen + Company will send you an email when your order has shipped and you may review your order and shipping information on your Account page. All shipments go by way of USPS.

All shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. Please make certain to ship to a secure location and double check the address you enter! Aspen + Company will not be responsible for lost packages or packages shipped to wrong address due to invalid address entry at checkout.
What are your international shipping methods?
We ship to most countries. If your country is not available at checkout please email: email@example.com We will send you a quote based on your preferred order/shipping destination. All international packages are shipped via USPS Mail. We will provide a customs declaration number, but transit times and delivery are out of our control. Please note that import duties and VAT charges can apply for deliveries outside of the United States. We have no control over these charges and cannot calculate what they might be as customs policies differ widely from country to country. Customer is responsible for all import duties/customs charges. Though it is very unusual, refunds for lost packages are NOT provided so purchase at your own risk.

My package says shipped but the tracking status has not been updated?
We create a shipping label the day your package actually ships. We do not create a label ahead of time. This means, that if your tracking status hasn't updated, USPS has just missed scanning it at some point. It is still en route and will be scanned by the next location.
Are you accepting collaborations or brand reps?
At this time, we are not accepting brand reps or collaborations but we are so excited to announce that we now have an Affiliate program! If you would like to help promote our brand while earning commission you can apply at the link below!
